UNI SWEETS BAKERY & TEA, WHERE EAST MEETS WEST

Uni Sweets Bakery & Tea creates fusion desserts and pastries blending traditional French style with the magic of Asian ingredients. It creates the unique taste by adding Asian-inspired items such as Uji matcha, brown sugar boba, taro, sesame, durian, jasmine green tea, salted egg yolk, and pork sung into traditional French baked goods.

Signature cakes are: Milk Tea Volcano Lava Cake with Boba, Sea Salt Cheese Volcano Lava Cake, French Crème Brûlée Mille Crpeg

Our mission is to use high-quality ingredients to make delicious but affordable products. We are also trying to use local products and support local vendors. As a result, Uni Sweets handcrafts its cakes daily to ensure freshness. Two of its signature cakes reflect Hawaiian legend: Ebony Eruption and Pele’s Fury. A sweet, creamy black sesame sauce cascades down the Ebony Eruption cake. Pele’s Fury is a red velvet cake topped with sea-salt red velvet cream cheese.

Uni Sweets also provides customized options, including gluten free, sugar free, and non-dairy
cakes, provided patrons pre-order at least 24 hours in advance. It also offers birthday cakes,
wedding cakes, and party dessert bar options for special occasions.
